I’m sharing some of my adventures of the past couples weeks – Le Petit Zinc, Belle Isle, and Fair Lane. I also have had the opportunity to go to some festivals in Downtown Detroit in Hart Plaza and play kickball in Nankin Mills (Westland) – but forgot to take pictures!
Le Petit Zinc – A small French-inspired café in Corktown, I totally forgot to take some pictures of this place. Absolutely cute – here are some pictures from others.

Hart Plaza – DEMF (Movement) – an electronic music festival, Motor City Pride, and much, much more.

Fair Lane – Walking, avoiding goose poop, etc.
Nankin Mills – This was an old Ford plant that is now part of the Hines Park system. It’s actually connected to the river that flows through Fair Lane by the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

Belle Isle – Swimming, Walking, Cycling, Running, Reading, and plain ol’ chillin’.
North tip lighthouse.
Feels more like Kansas than Detroit, but I enjoy it.
